FAQs

If I have specific dietary needs can these be tailored into the plans ?

100%, I focus on calories, macros and building the most successful diet plans for the individual whether you're vegan, gluten free or you just don't like particular foods. We make it work.

Is there a joining fee or lock in period with your coaching ?

Nope. I charge on a monthly basis and you can leave at any time. I don't believe contracts so if you want help for a single month or years it's your choice.

Do I have to send progress pictures?

No. I do highly advise it for me to give you the highest level of service of coaching I can. They are totally private and only between yourself and me and nothing gets posted on social media either without consent, which I would ask for beforehand.

Do I have to use a gym or have a membership?

No. I have many clients who have home gym set ups and even some with just the basics which we can create some really fun and interesting workouts with. Once again I meet the clients where they are at and make everything work.
